Tercol Prewash. Choose 1L or 5L packaging

Tercol Prewash is a concentrated cleaning product designed to effectively dissolve grease, soot, dirt, droppings and other deposits on outdoor surfaces. It can be used on facades, roofs, terraces, decking, paving, fences, awnings and painted surfaces without the risk of fading or discoloration. The product is dry, odorless and biodegradable. It is gentle on the substrate, does not etch glass and leaves surfaces clean for further treatment. For best results, use Tercol Prewash when there is no rain or frost.

Here's how to do it:

First read the label carefully. Always wear safety glasses and protective gloves. Dilute the concentrate according to the dilution below. Spray (with a low-pressure sprayer, such as the ones we sell here) or brush a thin layer of Tercol, according to the dosage below, over the surface and let it work. The product should be allowed to work for at least 1-2 rain-free days.

Sensitive surfaces such as asphalt paper, aluminum or other light metals should be rinsed with water within 24 hours. For weather-exposed surfaces, no after-treatment is necessary as weather and wind will remove the coating over time. Repeat treatment if necessary.

TIP!
For surfaces affected by algae, lichen and mold, a combination treatment with Tercol Against Algae & Fouling is recommended for best results.

Dosage

The amount of Tercol Prewash needed depends on the type of dirt to be removed, how dirty it is and the nature of the surface.
Mix 1 part concentrate + 4-9 parts water. The higher the concentration, the quicker and more effective. 1 liter of concentrate gives 6-10 liters of ready-to-use solution. 1 liter of concentrate is enough for 100 m2.
